The workshop brings together scientists from various research areas in order to discuss recent developments and challenges in agent-based modeling of diffusion processes. Thus, the workshop offers an excellent opportunity to learn about current research in this field and to meet interesting colleagues.

Within the scope of the workshop, a special issue of the SSCI-ranked Central European Journal of Operations Research (CEJOR) will be published. Workshop participants will be invited to submit a full paper to be considered for publication in CEJOR.
